Diary entry number Nineteen. (Arriving in Yantai)
I've been in Dong Er, now I'm in Yantai, secrets over. Dong Er was the dustiest place in the world. It was so very polluted. The most polluted place that I've ever lived in. It was also the poorest and worst accommodation I've ever lived in. Until now.... The 'new' academy isn't QUITE finished yet. As in there aren't showers, western toilets, food, or anything like that. At all. I thought that it was quite unbelievable. But then they switched the lights and the water on, and I felt a bit better. There still is no cook, or heating or anything, No showers still. And construction looks far from ready. But I don't really want to think about it right now. I'm not going to Reading uni anymore. I can't be bothered. I want a good life full of experience. University would be so bland! I'll just have a gap year EVERY year. I have it planned it. Four years work pays for a year abroad. Nice. Gotta go! BYEE
