Diary entry number Sixteen

Alright geeeezaaaaaazz

Yep still here. Alive and well.

It's very cold in the mornings. Often very foggy, so we can't go running.
And then it becomes very very hot in the afternoons. It's hard to get used
to. I got a load of my clothes cleaned in town, and for some reason at the same
time they stitched in a small white strip of fabric onto every piece that I
gave them. I don't know why, but it sucks.

Bastards.

Read all of The Catcher in The Rye. MUST KILL LENNON.

I've just finished doing the staff ('Goon') form. It took me ages, but I'm
quite happy with it. Although I get very exhausted from just doing it once,
and Shifu always says that I must have a weak heart. 44 beats a minute, damn
straight.

I've moved onto Tong Bei, which I've seen Stan and Mirko do a
million times, but doing it myself is quite hard. I just like it for this
cool kick thing at the end.

After Tong Bei, the dao (Sword.) and Lohan form, I get to pick which ones i
learn. I wanna pick the katana form, then when I get to Japan I can KILL
MASA MASUI. But come to think of it, maybe I don't have enough time before
then to do all of that. Dag nammit.

Doing pushups again. Not as much as I'd like to, but it's a start anyway.
I've forgotten how I got started doing so many in one go. I'd just pick an
album and do a set to every song, now I can barely do more than five sets in
one day. I'm just trying to make good habits for myself, and then not think
about things as much. If you think about training, chances are you won't
train, you'll realise that it's much nicer to sleep and eat porridge all
day. (Which it is.)

Training is very very easy now. We don't really do anything. We spend more
time sleeping than anything else.

Really. Maybe things would be better if we
didn't do so much Chi Gung.

I always get so relaxed afterwards that I can't
be bothered to do any other training, which is a laugh because it's SUPPOSED
to give you energy.

Cereal good. Milk bad. Actually, cereal here is pretty much entirely sugar. I don't mind, but it
can't be good for you. Whatever.
